The Regina Masters Swim Club meets at both the University of Regina pool and the Lawson Aquatic Centre. Our mandate is to provide fun, fitness and friendship for adults 18 years and older.

• Increase physical fitness

• Improve stroke technique with expert coaching

• Compete in meets (optional)

• Meet new friends and have fun
